Records to Show When Hovering

How do I post to get my record to show when someone hovers over my thread? I notice many people will post something and it doesn't show their records, but when you hover over it, it shows their updated record.

If you put your record on the first line of your post ( post 1 ) it will show when you hover over the thread title
